Smartphone basics.

In the past, mobile phones were mostly used to make phone calls. Now smartphones offer so much more – they’re fully-fledged computers that you can fit in your pocket! Smartphones allow you to access the internet, use social media, get live news updates, play music and video, and much more. Becoming familiar with a smartphone can take a little bit of practice, especially if you’ve never had to use a touchscreen before. But when you do, you’ll find that a smartphone can do more than you ever thought possible on a mobile phone.

Please bring your fully charged smartphone and any accessories you need.

Registration opens two weeks before class. Valid, active CLEVNET library card required. Library cards can be obtained at the Circulation Desk.
